Chynna joined our team in February 2012 with 11 years of financial services and insurance industry experience.

She is the office’s life insurance, long-term care, and annuity specialist. In addition, she serves as an Investment Services Representative for our Individuals & Families. Some of her roles and responsibilities include:

  • Processing all new business, including account applications, transfers, and rollovers.
  • Handling client’s administrative requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Completing account transactions and paperwork.
  • Generating client reports for Don, including asset allocation reports, portfolio performance reports, and updated financial planning documents.

Qualifications: Chynna carries the Series 6 Investment Company and Variable Products Representative License and passed the Series 63 Uniform Securities State Law Examination. She holds Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Producer’s Licenses in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University as well as a Paralegal certification with a focus in Wills, Estates & Trusts from Ashworth College. She received her Certification in Paraplanner Development from The American College in April, 2013. Most recently, she achieved her Certified Annuity Specialist designation in December, 2016.

Q:  What do you enjoy most about your work?

A: I most enjoy the endless opportunities to learn. Financial Planning is a dynamic, multi-faceted industry. There’s always a concept to clarify, a cutting edge tool to use, or an area of specialization to explore.

Q:  What’s life like outside of the office?

A: I live with my husband, Ryan, in Hooksett. We have 2 young boys, Aiden and Nolan. We enjoy cooking, visiting with friends and family, and traveling as our busy schedules permit.

Q: What sets Chynna apart?

A: An unquenchable thirst for knowledge, and the mind to use it. She is constantly taking courses to learn more about the financial planning process, how various products work, and how to improve or expand the services she offers clients. There’s no limit to what she can do.
