Client Service Associate

Donna joined our team in February 2023 with 13 years of customer service experience in the banking industry. She is a Client Service Associate and some of her roles and responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling quarterly, semi-annual and annual client portfolio reviews for Don
  • Generating client reports for Don
  • Maintaining Don’s appointment calendar
  • Answering the telephone and directing client’s questions to Don and/or Chynna

Qualifications: Donna has several years of customer service experience, previously occupying the only Customer Service Assistant position at St. Mary’s Bank in Manchester. In this capacity, she listened to a member’s questions and concerns and either resolved any issues or directed them to a Customer Service Representative or manager.

What do you enjoy most about your work? I enjoy communicating with our clients. I also enjoy working with Don and Chynna as they have made me feel like an important part of this team starting from day one.

What’s life like outside of the office? I live with my husband of 44 years, Fred, and our son, Jon, in Manchester. I cherish my time with my family, which also includes my elderly parents. I know how lucky I am to still have my fiercely independent parents with me, especially being an only child.
